NOTE: This program is a .cgi script that runs on a Unix Server (Linux/FreeBSD) with sendmail and website forms (compatible with 90% of website servers), you also need a cgi-bin and ftp access (witch most have). Internet Explorer is needed also to access the admin area, if you know how to program a website with html and know what ftp is, installation should be easy, there is detailed instructions or we can install it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
If the program can not be setup properly like it is on our demo we offer you a fefund to ensure you will not be left with just a bill.
Do you have confirmation of emails (opt-in)?
Yes you can have either, confirmed or unconfirmed. it is upto you once the program is installedl.
I
don’t understand how the control panel works, where
can I find help?
In the text file that comes along with the autoresponder
when you’ve downloaded it you’ll find detailed instructions
on how to use the control panel.
I
have problems installing MyAutoresponderPro on my
website, what can I do?
Read carefully through the text file that comes with
the autoresponder zip file. Make sure you follow all
the instructions there when you’re trying to install
the script. If you still can’t make it, we offer installation.
I
have problems opening the autoresponder file after
downloading it, why?
The Autoresponder script are delievered to you as
a Zip-file, which means you have to “unzip” it using
a program called WinZip. If you don’t have WinZip
on your computer you can download it at www.winzip.com for free.
Why
do I have to set the permissions ?
We
have already set the correct permissions to the Auto-Responder
files. However sometimes after you unzip them, these
could be lost. Just be sure that you set the correct
permission after you uploaded them to your server.
When
I opened the cgi scripts in Notepad, it looks corrupt.
This
can happen sometimes. There is nothing wrong with
the files. Close the file that you just opened in
Notepad and open the same file again in Wordpad. You
will see that the files looked fine now.
I
am getting an internal server error when I access
the login page.
There
is something wrong with any one of the following:

Check
the config.cgi. Be sure that all the variables are
set correctly.

Check
the page where you are activating the activate.cgi
scripts.
·
Check
the permissions of each cgi script.
·
Did
you upload the scripts as ASCII and not binary? They
should be uploaded as ASCII to work, try uploading again with another ftp program, aceftp never fails please try this program.
How
do I send an e-mail to my subscribers every other
day? Login
to you admin control panel. Add
a new account or edit the account that you have created.
Under
the Add Message be sure to set the interval to 2,4,6,8
Can i send html emails? Yes you can use either plain or html emails.
